Is this service for you?

This service is for brands, manufacturers and private label owners that need a correct EU CPSR before placing a cosmetic product on the market.

Without a compliant CPSR, your product cannot be
legally sold in the EU.

An incomplete or poorly structured report can delay your launch, create regulatory risk and make your Responsible Person review harder than it needs to be.

Frequently asked questions

Not sure what you need? Send your details and we’ll help identify the next step.

A CPSR is the Cosmetic Product Safety Report required before a cosmetic product is placed on the EU market. It includes the technical product information in Part A and the safety assessment, conclusion and signature in Part B.

You can start by sending your formula, INCI list, ingredient percentages and any available product information. If something is missing, we will review what you have and identify the next information needed.

Not necessarily. Many clients contact us before their documentation is complete. We can review the information available and help clarify what is still needed for the CPSR.

We work with your available data and assess whether additional information may be needed for the CPSR. If testing data is relevant for your product, we will clarify what type of information should be provided.

Our core service is the CPSR. We can also guide you on how the CPSR fits into the wider Responsible Person review, PIF organization and CPNP notification process.

Part B is prepared and signed by a qualified safety assessor. This section includes the safety assessment, conditions of use, warnings and final safety conclusion.
