Il contient des informations essentielles sur la formulation, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la fabrication et l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquetage du produit, et sert de preuve de conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne en mati\u00e8re de cosm\u00e9tiques. <\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Pourquoi un PIF est-il exig\u00e9 en Europe ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aucun cosm\u00e9tique ne peut \u00eatre vendu dans l&rsquo;UE sans un PIF. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une exigence l\u00e9gale qui prouve la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du produit, l&rsquo;existence d&rsquo;une documentation appropri\u00e9e et la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation. L&rsquo;absence de PIF ou un PIF incomplet peut entra\u00eener des audits, des rejets sur le march\u00e9, voire des rappels de produits.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
