Depuis mars 2025, une adresse canadienne doit \u00e9galement figurer sur chaque FDC.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Qui est responsable de l&rsquo;envoi du formulaire de d\u00e9claration cosm\u00e9tique ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La responsabilit\u00e9 juridique de la pr\u00e9sentation du FCEN incombe au fabricant ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;importateur figurant sur le formulaire. Toutefois, Sobel g\u00e8re l&rsquo;ensemble du processus en votre nom : nous recueillons les informations requises, pr\u00e9parons la documentation et coordonnons le d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape. Vous \u00e9vitez ainsi les erreurs, les retards et les rejets de la part de Sant\u00e9 Canada.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Ai-je besoin d&rsquo;une adresse canadienne pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&rsquo;enregistrement des installations au Canada ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oui. Depuis mars 2025, Sant\u00e9 Canada exige que chaque CNF comporte une adresse canadienne valide. Sans cette adresse, votre notification ne sera pas accept\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>4. L&rsquo;enregistrement des installations au Canada inclut-il des inspections d&rsquo;usine ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non.
