Quem precisa indicar uma pessoa respons\u00e1vel?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualquer empresa localizada fora da Uni\u00e3o Europeia deve nomear um RP antes de colocar cosm\u00e9ticos nas prateleiras da regi\u00e3o. Mesmo as empresas sediadas na UE \u00e0s vezes optam por terceirizar essa responsabilidade para ter um gerenciamento da conformidade profissional. <\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
